With slower IPO and M&A activity driving demand for liquidity, transaction volumes reached a record $226B in 2025 (according to Goldman Sachs). As highlighted during the session, these dynamics are creating a rare, generational opportunity. Trillions in value remain locked in late-stage technology companies, offering informed investors access to high-quality assets at attractive discounts.
