Our sixth event in LTC’s Future Technology Series focused on the latest innovations transforming the way in which real estate and spaces within are analysed, bought, sold and managed.
We were delighted to host a fascinating panel discussion on the changing face of property: the world’s most significant store of wealth. The morning began with presentations from three industry experts Yasmina Darveniza (Investor, RoundHill Ventures), Antony Slumbers (leading PropTech industry expert) and Harin Thaker (Interim CEO, Mintus) - followed by a lively debate. Thank you to all our participants for their insights and discussion of fractional ownership, turning property from illiquid to liquid, non-traditional data and space-as-a-service, to name just a few.
