Benji assists the investment team with research and analysis of potential opportunities. He brings experience across both investment analysis as well as business strategy and entrepreneurship having already started multiple companies across different sectors and markets.
 

Benji worked for an impact investment firm in London for 3 years out of University, completing investment management and corporate finance certifications. Part of his time there included advising and establishing start-ups in Sierra Leone. Splitting his time between London and Freetown, Benji advised on business strategy with a microfinance bank and an Agritech start-up. He also founded and established a restaurant franchise, which now has three sites, employees over 50 people and forms part of an integrated supply chain between the firm's portfolio companies. 

 

His love of surfing and snowboarding takes Benji from the coast to the mountains regularly. He lives in Central London but escapes to Cornwall as often as he can. Benji holds a first-class honours degree in History and International Relations from the University of Lancaster.
