LTC Lunch with Luke Nosek

The London Technology Club was delighted to host a private lunch with Luke Nosek – the visionary entrepreneur, Co-Founder of PayPal and Founders Fund (early stage investors in Facebook, Spotify, Lyft, Palantir and DeepMind) which he recently left to launch Gigafund – a venture capital firm backing the world's most ambitious and transformative entrepreneurs including being the first institutional investor into Elon Musk’s SpaceX.

 

The discussion focused on why Luke backs Founders over platforms e.g. ‘Elon over Space’, why Silicon Valley is expensive and starting to create Groupthink as well as using ‘First Principle thinking’ in decision-making.
