Breakfast with Unicorns
co-hosted by Martin Gilbert
at Brown's Hotel

23 November 2023

Another fantastic ‘Breakfast with Unicorns’: the third in our roundtable series with top UK-based managers of tech Unicorns. Our previous events included industry trailblazers such as Deliveroo, OakNorth Bank, MindMaze, and PicsArt. We discussed the rapidly evolving tech landscape, addressing the challenges and triumphs facing tech Unicorns today. We had a great mix of guests: private and institutional investors, VCs, company founders, established unicorns and those firmly on the way to unicorn status.

A special thank you to our keynote speaker Martin Gilbert - Chairman of Revolut  (one of UK’s biggest fintech unicorns)  and co-founder of Aberdeen Asset Management, which he successfully lead for over 30 years.

Thank you to all who contributed to the discussion, including: Kerry Turnbull from Einride, Mark Fieldhouse from Rescale, Arik Oslerne from Carta, Lord Anthony St John - crossbench Peer at the House of Lords, Mohith Sondhi from OakNorth Bank, Neil Shah from the London Stock Exchange Group and Michael Binks of VistaJet.
