The Future Innovation Summit 2023

For this year's 2023 summit our COO Simon Pavitt was moderator to a panel of experts and thought leaders, discussing the promising prospects of emerging technologies, particularly AI, for driving sustainable development. Exploring the challenges of scaling and commercialising this tech, and the UAE's competitiveness in attracting investment in this space.

 

The panelists discussed the potential that AI has to revolutionise many industries, but that it is also important to use it responsibly and ethically. Emphasising the need for governments and businesses to invest in education and training programs to help workers develop the skills they need to succeed in the new AI-powered economy.

 

Overall it was a fascinating event providing a valuable overview of the challenges and opportunities associated with emerging technologies, and offered insights into how the UAE can position itself as a leader in this field.
