LTC: Breakfast with Former President of Microsoft Kirill Tatarinov

We were pleased to host an exclusive LTC members’ breakfast with our Advisory Board Member Kirill Tatarinov – former President of Microsoft Business Solutions, ex-CEO of Citrix, Executive Vice Chairman at Acronis, successful investor and board member at several cutting-edge tech companies. 

 

With a track record of leading multi-billion-dollar businesses for over 30 years,  Kirill shared insights on transforming global tech companies - from turning Microsoft’s Business Solutions division into a $2B cloud-first powerhouse, to revitalising Citrix’s strategy as CEO. His core message: aligning people, product, and purpose is key to driving meaningful change. He stressed the CEO’s role in shaping culture and vision, and the need for alignment across leadership.

Speaking about his investment approach, Kirill stressed the importance of fundamentals: without a standout product and clear value proposition, there’s no foundation for success.
