Reception and Discussion at Sotheby’s

We were delighted to host a very special evening: demystifying the world of NFTs in a lively and interactive panel discussion over drinks and canapes at Sotheby's – one of London’s top auction houses.

 

Thank you to our gracious hosts at Sotheby’s for providing the beautiful venue for the event, and to our fantastic panellists:

 

• Michael Bouhanna: Contemporary Art Specialist & Co-Head of Digital Art Sales at Sotheby's;

• Bernadine Bröcker Wieder: Founder of Vastari and a strong proponent of technological innovation in the art world;

• Sam Falic: Co-Founder of BlockBar - the  first DTC NFT marketplace offering asset backed NFTs direct from luxury wine and spirits brands.

 

The event was a collaboration with The Wick  – a global consultancy and content platform founded by Katy Wickremesinghe –  on a mission to connect the culturally curious and make individuals and businesses more art engaged and responsible. 

We are also grateful to David Garrett and Jana Kreilein of Club dVIN for offering champagne tasting after the discussion and showing us how Tasting Token NFTs work.
