Oxana brings to the London Technology Club over 15-years analytics experience in M&A, equity, derivatives, and commodity trading. She has a track record for assessing and defining strategic direction to help companies make smart investment decisions.

 

Oxana is at her best when discovering and evaluating new technology opportunities to complement the existing LTC portfolio and in selecting high potential, strategic investments. She is also driven to seek out faster and smarter ways to improve the deal flow management process.

 

Her background includes working as an M&A consultant at E&Y, leading analytics for a global energy company’s derivatives and commodity trading portfolio, and advisory for cross-border TradeTech, FinTech and EdTech start-ups. She is also a technology consultant and angel investor.

 

Beyond LTC, Oxana enjoys skiing, surfing, pilates and yoga. She believes in harnessing the power of the mind through quantum healing, spiritual practices and meditation. Oxana is also a keen art collector who combines her passion for travel with sourcing unique artefacts and selected works from artists around the world. She uses her fascination with rich cultures and cuisines to experiment and create new culinary dishes. Oxana has a PhD in Economics from The Moscow State University, a master’s degree in Finance from Cass Business School, and an MBA from The University of Oxford.
